Additional bed: 5 € each person (10 € in July and August);
Cot: availability to be agreed in advance.

• Apartments are available from 2 pm and must be vacated by 10 am.
• No pets
• Lease for touristic purposes pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 2 letter. c) Act No. 431 09/12/1998.

• deposit (amount to be agreed) to be paid upon booking confirmation (exceptions for last-minute reservations);
• balance at check-in;
• € 100.00 deposit for weekly stays (refunded after the successful conclusion of the final assessment).
